• If the province or territory agrees to nominate you, you create or update an Express Entry profile and show that you have been nominated.
OR
• An Express Entry profile must be created and show that you are interested in residing at specified provinces or territories
• If they are satisfied with your profile, the province or territory sends you a “notification of interest”, then you contact them directly.
• You must apply to their Express Entry stream:
• If you’re nominated, the province will offer it to your account, and you can accept it electronically.
In both cases:
• Eligibility requirements of the province or territory must be met.
• An Express Entry profile must be submitted and show that you meet the minimum criteria for Express Entry, including being eligible for one of the immigration programs it covers.
• After an invitation to apply, you submit an electronic application to IRCC.
